La Habra Christian Church, along with Troop 817, sells iced tea as a fund-raiser and community outreach. Church pamphlets are available for those who are interested in finding a church family.
What the La Habra Corn Festival doesThe three-day festival, started in 1949, raises money for various community groups and organizations in La Habra. Hosted by the Lyons Club, it is the biggest community event of the year and features carnival games and rides, a variety of boutique booths and several food stands, the most popular, of course, being corn on the cob.
