Preparing for Baptism: A Journey of Faith and Understanding

Ensuring a solid foundation in faith through biblical teaching, spiritual growth, and sharing the gospel before taking the step of baptism.

Before someone is baptized, we want to ensure that the candidate has made a clear profession of faith. We also want to make sure that the Christian is properly taught and trained to grow in the faith. This includes learning how to do a devotional from the Bible, understanding basic hermeneutics (how to interpret the Bible), studying the history of our Christian faith, and developing the ability to share the gospel with others.​
